The Board of Directors
Lyonbiopôle’s Board is headed by Philippe Archinard, Managing Director of Transgene and Scientific Director of Mérieux Alliance. He was named as the successor to Docteur Christophe Mérieux on October 5, 2006.
The Board is composed of 10 members and 4 technical institutes.
Technical Group
The Board of Directors created a Technical Group composed of 12 members.
GD¤co
The GD€co, (€conomic Development Group) is a working group dedicated to the development of SMEs which its members are mostly leaders of SMEs, representatives of OSEO and entrepreneurs and business developers.

The Board of Directors and the Technical Group are supported by a management team consisting of 13 persons.
