Consortium Agreements

Minalogic, in partnership with the competitiveness clusters Axelera, Lyonbiopôle and Tenerrdis, proposes training sessions on consortium agreement and industrial property in collaborative projects. This program aim to train the actors of the projects in the legal, contractual and organizational problems surrounding the participation to partnering projects.

This training, built on a participative mode, addresses both collaborative projects partners (current or future), and persons involved directly or indirectly in innovative projects (managers of R&D department, engineers, legal services...). The sessions will be animated by Franck Robert, lawyer specialized in the field of contracts and new technologies.

The 2010 training program contains 9 modules.

Every module will take place both in Lyon and in Grenoble. For each module, Lyonbiopole's members will be informed by email of the registration procedure.

Grenoble's sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 12:00 to 2:00 PM
