Promising results for MICROVAX, one of the first projects accredited by Lyonbiopole

MICROVAX is one of the first R&D collaborative projects supported by the Single Inter-Ministry Fund (FUI). This project resulted in the development of a very innovative end product in the health sector. Accredited by Lyonbiopole and led by Becton Dickinson, Sanofi Pasteur and INSERM. MICROVAX aimed at developing a new microinjection system for intradermal vaccination. This system is as efficient as the intramuscular vaccination and is additionally easier to use and more comfortable for the patients.
