Infectiology: Lyonbiopôle part of a Rhône-Alpes’delegation in Shanghai
The infectious diseases of viral, bacterial, parasitic or fungal origin are responsible for more than 17 million deaths a year in the world.
The fight against the infectious diseases is a real stake in public health.
It is in this frame, that laboratories and companies of Rhône-Alpes' region get closer of Shanghai's region which is particularly active and placed well at the international level. Within the framework of this project "Infectiology", on October 28th 2008, Lyonbiopôle participated in Shanghai in a scientific colloquium on the subject "viral Hepatitis: fundamental aspects and applications".
