Sanofi - Institut Pasteur 2012 Awards
Sanofi and Institut Pasteur announce the creation of the Sanofi – Institut Pasteur Awards to recognize scientists for their past or ongoing research demonstrating real scientific progress in the life sciences.
These Awards will be given, during 2012, to four scientists for outstanding research concerning the four following subjects:
1- Tropical and neglected diseases
2 - Innovative vaccines
3 - New approaches to drug resistance
4 - Therapeutic approaches to senescence: immunobiology, neurobiology and regenerative medicine
Each of the four award winners will receive 120 000 euros, part for themselves (€ 40 000) and part for their future research (€ 80 000).
Applications must be submitted no later than Friday the 20th April 2012, 11.00 pm
